HR GO Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Manager for a client based near Ashford in Kent. This role will be incredibly varied with no 2 days being the same. If you are an HR Manager looking for your next career opportunity, then read on!
Main duties:

Provide HR advice on all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law
*
Manage the annual review process throughout the department
*
Coach, support and mentor managers in the application of HR policies and practices
*
To work with senior managers to deliver changes and provide advice and guidance on the development of structure changes to meet business needs.
*
Develop and build strong relationships across the senior management teams.
*
Ensure HR data and records are correctly stored on the Intranet
*
Be involved in policy development, ensuring compliance with current legislation
The ideal candidate:
*
Must have previous experience within an HR manager background
*
Must be CIPD Qualified to a minimum of level 3
*
Must have knowledge of current HR legislation and policies
*
Experience in policy development and amendment is also required
This position is full time, Monday - Friday.
Salary on offer is C.£40,000 per annum.
