Perimeter Solutions are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering Temporary and Permanent Fencing projects for principle contractors in the construction industry.
With a continually expanding orderbook and workload, we require a professional individual who can efficiently manage all delivery aspects of our projects to high standards, whilst maintaining good working relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who will fit well within the company and support its growth, in a role that will continually develop as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will have:
CSCS (essential)
SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
IOSH managing safely (preferred)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a contracts management role in the commercial fencing industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel & Word)
The package on offer is:
Salary: £40k-£50k per annum
Plus: Company car, mobile phone and laptop
