We are seeking to secure the interest from experienced wood machinists seeking a career move to work in a full time permanent position using their skills to create and construct event/exhibition and counter displays for commercial and retail customers.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in operating a range of equipment in the workshop including routers, table saws, cutting equipment, and programming of CNC software to produce bespoke products.
Working in a range of wood types and materials and read drawings to produce accurate work, you will be joining a skilled team and be confident to learn new skills as you progress through the variety of work. You will have sound communication skills and show good decision making skills with regard to the best method of production for new projects.
Working a standard 40 hour week Monday to Friday with overtime available on occasion, you will ideally be trained formally as a joiner and be seeking progression into a role as described.
