Based locally in Tunbridge Wells, you will help customers establish the best product for them; building rapport, gaining an understanding of their needs, whilst engaging and offering exceptional product knowledge so they get the best possible service.

Offer alternatives to customers, encourage repeat business and recommendations.

Run the day to day of store operations, managing a small team of Retail assistants and motivate, coach and performance manage, as well as planning the rota alongside absence, holidays and sickness; as well as monitoring targets, KPIs and handling staff concerns or issues. Manage stock availability and set up of promotional offers, merchandise and store presentation, pricing and liaison with suppliers.


Enjoy being an integral part of the company, liaising directly with management to contribute and share your ideas. Have the opportunity to go to company events and represent the business, as well as liaising with sister branches to enhance business opportunities and revenue.

- Permanent/ Full-time role (flexibility on weekly contracted hours can be discussed).
- Weekends are allocated on a rotational basis, both Saturday and Sundays.
