Sales Administrator (New Starts) – Job Description
What we offer …
Base Salary £17,000 – £20,000. Excellent company benefits including FREE onsite parking, generous holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays per annum, private medical insurance, pension, weekly fresh fruit, profit share through the LLP structure etc

About the role…
As a Sales Administrator at Parenta, your role will be to deliver accurate and timely administrative support as a part of our busy and thriving team. You will be responsible for processing apprenticeship enrolment packs, making sure they are completed accurately in line with our quality standards and are compliant with our funding criteria. You will also be responsible for contacting learners or Managers of child care settings to chase for missing documents.


What we look for… We are looking for someone who is a strong and positive team player with the willingness to support others. It is critical that you have experience in an administrative capacity with good telephone manner and the confidence to politely convey urgency to clients and learners. It’s a fast paced role therefore, time-management and organisational skills are essential.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude that will make you a key contributor to the team.
• Good written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritise work effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy to be able to identify even the smallest of errors
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
