HVAC Project Manager
My client is a well-established contractor specialising in the installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning services. You will be expected to travel to their sites across London and also travel to their office when required based in Maidstone.
Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:
* Taking air-conditioning projects in the retail and commercial sectors from enquiry, through site survey, design and quotation.
* On order, procure materials, programme the contract and put together necessary site files.
* Attend site/progress meetings with the client and appointed contractors during delivery of projects.
* Management and motivation of labour.
* Oversee costing, ensuring budget and quality are controlled.
* Agree final accounts.
Required Experience:
* A technical understanding of the commercial air-conditioning industry, with the skills and knowledge to survey, quote and project manage contracts.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with your clients and supply-chain.
* Good IT literacy of Microsoft packages. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
* Flexible to travel to sites around the UK as required.
