Calling all HR Managers that are seeking a new challenge within the North Kent market place ... Our client are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to take up an immediately available post within a busy and successful manufacturing setting.
The successful inbound person will be a qualified CIPD professional with experience gained within a manufacturing or FMCG sector business. The role will require strong knowledge across a range of key areas including recruitment, ER (strong Employment law skills) Compensation and Reward and L&D.
With a strong culture already embedded into this family run business, they require a proactive and confident person to step into this busy role and engage across all levels of the site.
This role will include the day-to-day management and development of two support staff to ensure the needs of the fast paced business are handled correctly.
