Operations Finance Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
The Company
The company forms part of a wider motor insurance group, they are an award winning, high tech business who are currently providing the most specialised and advanced technology on the market used to help manage driver behaviour.
The Job Role
* Ensure the team reach and maximise their targets and manage the debtors process effectively, ensuring that all monies are collected and discrepancies are managed to reduce the possibility of write offs and bad debt
* Review and ensure the efficiency of the team is maximised at all times
* Ensure that all creditors accounts are reconciled and paid on time to the suppliers
* Provide month and year end reports
* Help maintain the cashier/banking function making sure cashbooks are reconciled on a timely basis
* Make sure that the Sage system is utilised to its full potential and that data held is correct at all times
* Support Senior Management and provide updates on a weekly basis.
