Our successful Blue Arrow Maidstone, Kent branch are recruiting Consultants for their permanent recruitment hub. Our roles are perfect if you have recruitment experience or if for example you have a strong B2B sales background you can join as a Trainee Recruitment Associate and be trained and promoted to a Consultant.

You will manage your own geographical area and will be focusing on permanent roles within the catering, office and industrial sectors growing existing and new business.

Join this well established team which is headed up by a very experienced Branch Manager who has lots of knowledge to share.

You will be involved in:

* B2B Sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing permanent business
* Placing candidates into roles
* Recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing
* Service management: compliance, administration, maintaining records and databases
* Relationship building with candidates and clients
* Working to targets, marketing, advertising and promotional activities
