The main focus on the opportunity will be to work in a small team to ensure the quality processes internally are accurate. Your role will Include:

• Ensuring our technical and document requests from all of our customers are effectively met.
• Assisting with change control of processes and documents.
• Assisting in the measurement of the ISO 9001 QA system
• Ensuring our permits and memberships related to the operation of our Quality and Environmental systems are maintained.
• Assist the QA Manager to review customer complaints and service errors.

This role will suit someone who has some exposure to QA processes either directly or indirectly. You will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, a hardworking approach and a desire to learn.
