I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer for our client based in Tunbridge Wells

This is a great company to work for with a friendly Team

The Role

The role is to be proactive and customer focused in carrying out the IT departments support function and providing technical support and training to the organisations staff .

Key Duties

* Provide end user support, guidance and training via phone, in person or remote tools
* Conduct training sessions and workshops as required
* Ensure IT devices are correctly configured for users and security standards are maintained
* Work with the IT Service Desk Supervisor to manage the IT Help Desk and adhere to published SLA's
* Carry out IT inductions for new members of staff
* Co-ordinate, setup and manage IT equipment for training and meetings
* To be Customer face of IT and first port of call for all customers
* To participate in training and attend meetings and staff events
* Keep -up-to-date with software and systems in place

Skills Required

Previous experience in providing end user IT support within a Helpdesk environment

Experience within MS Windows OS, Office 365, outlook

Able to analyse information and data logically

Ability to plan and organise and manage own work load

Communicate effectively and professionally in a pressured environment

Experience in delivering user training or coaching on a one to one or classroom basis



This will be a 3 month contract to start ASAP
