FOX Group is a print-based company with headquarters in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Currently providing print, direct mail, creative, corporate gifts, storage and distribution, the Company will be launching a number of new and exciting products in the near future. We now have the need for a senior standalone Marketing Manager to help drive sales.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. The main purpose of the role is to take overall responsibility for developing and implementing marketing/ sales campaigns across all group products.This person will need to have hands on experience in all facets of marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or equivalent in marketing or business studies.
• CIM or similar specific marketing qualification.

• Experience of all social media platforms
• Strong presentational skills
• Working knowledge of Direct Mail
• Excellent project manager

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

• Manage and post all social media content.
• Represent the Group at exhibitions, sales meetings, networking events, awards ceremonies.
• Completing market research into current trends in our target markets and the needs and desires of our consumers.
• Support sales team by developing compelling pitch materials.
• Overall responsibility for raising brand awareness, brand management and corporate identity.
• Developing quarterly / yearly marketing plans in collaboration with the key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure plans match business priorities and are executed on a timely basis.
• Developing marketing strategies for all group products / services.
• Planning and implementing of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Creating a range of marketing materials and promotional items for all products.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Monitor and report ROI on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Create sales presentations and train the sales team how to sell the product.
• Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
• Writing briefs for designers / agencies / Internal departments.
• Manage the Company’s database to ensure this is up to date and clean.
• Preparing and submitting awards entries.
