Our Ashford based client is looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant!
This is a varied role working with the Finance Director. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in Accounts. Hours are flexible but at least 3 days a week are required.
You should have experience in the following:
- Purchase invoice coding and processing
- Opening supplier accounts
- Supplier payments
- Collecting delivery notes from sites and reconciling to invoices
- CIS returns/year end statements
- Overseeing price reviews
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Running of monthly pay roll
• Preparation of Monthly Management accounts
• Cash flows
• Petty Cash
• Providing reports as required by Directors
Sage Line 50 experience preferred -
