Receptionist - Orpington - £18,000 - £20,000
Due to growth within our clients Operations Team, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the front of house team. You will be operating the switchboard to answer high volumes of calls whilst also meeting and greeting clients visiting the office.
Duties include:
* Answering high volume inbound calls promptly and professionally
* Stationery and Facilities Orders and Stock Level Checks
* Inbound and outbound post duties
* Cover for Senior Receptionist
* Maintaining day to day Compliance procedures
Key skills:
* Demonstrate a friendly yet professional disposition
* Must be able to communicate in an effective business-like manor
* Excellent communication skills, listening and assisting with client's requirements
* Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a range of people both external and internal
