Project Manager

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client's team working out of their Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding Project Management Consultancy with exciting plans and projects where you can make a real impact on the business going forward.



The Role

You will undertake project management duties on a variety of projects, mainly Residential and Commercial, ranging in value. This opportunity will provide the right person an accelerated career path with skills development and training. If you are seeking a balance between office-based work, project site visits and external client meetings then this could be the ideal role for you.

You will have already embarked on a career within project management and looking to make your next career move. As well as being engaging you will be hard working, efficient and goal driven. As it is a client facing role you will be articulate, personable and well presented.

You will have proven Project Management experience along with a track record in Construction Projects, be MRICS or looking to become chartered. In addition, you must have a degree in a property or construction related discipline.

Candidates must be prepared to travel and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery of projects

Prepare Gantt charts, organisation charts, status reports and project execution plans

Support the Project Managers and External consultants in project coordination

Liaise, consult and engage with external project teams appointed to each project including Architects, Engineers and other design specialists

Attend and minute project meetings

Administer Contracts

Procure Services and works on behalf of clients and projects
