*Digital Content Creator & Marketing Assistant (Temporary Contract - Part-Time with the potential to go Full-Time Permanent)*

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our small publishing team based in Kings Hill, Kent. Monday to Friday initially between 09:00 hours and 14:30 hours, with the potential to become full-time and the ability to earn an additional 5% net profit share reward on all courses that are created and published.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Main Duties:
The Digital Content Creator & Marketing Assistant will work from our office based in Churchill Square, Kings Hill and carry out the following role/duties:
• Creation of online courses and digital content for publication;
• Using Microsoft PowerPoint to create course presentation slides and record video modules (capturing your voice);
• Be able to conduct thorough and accurate research to include in your content (this will include, but is not limited to: careers advice, psychometric testing, Maths, and educational content);
• Using WordPress to upload content to the company’s website, such as new products, courses, and blogs;
• Creating blogs, videos (including YouTube) and resources;
• Producing content and recording videos for the company's YouTube channel;
• Learn the latest digital marketing techniques;
• Promoting the company's products such as career and educational books and courses;
• Email marketing - sending broadcast emails to 1000s of people on a regular basis;
• Creating content to help attract leads/customers to the company (eBooks, reports, videos, online courses etc.);
• Creating complex email marketing campaigns;
• Run ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon etc.);
• Researching and analysing data to improve conversions;
• Conversion optimisation testing;
• Social Media marketing;
• Offline marketing;
• Quality Assurance of course/books/products to ensure they are error-free;
• Working with the MD and the Digital Marketing & Content Mentor to implement company strategies;
• Dealing with requests from your line manager.
• The last hour of each working day will be spent managing the comments of our YouTube community.
Essential requirements:
• A strong willingness to learn new skills (previous marketing experience not required);
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
• Strong English and writing skills - you must be able to proofread your own work;
• Excellent IT skills;
• Strong computer and typing skills;
• A good understanding of social media;
• Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team;
• Ability to prioritise & manage projects in accordance with company objectives and strict timescales;
• Be able to proofread own and others work to a published standard;
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised;
• Trustworthy and reliable.
Desired skills:
• Creative;
• Video & Audio recording and editing skills;
• Analytical skills;
• SEO aware;
• Previous digital marketing experience.
Knowledge on using websites, editing, marketing, and SEO are welcome, but not essential as you will be trained in-house. It is essential that you have a strong passion for learning and are creative.

Salary:
National Minimum Wage + 12-Month Profit Share Reward of all courses created (5% of the net profit per course sale). Further details to be discussed.
