An opportunity has arisen within the technical department, the role combines technical support and product repairs to create a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and hands on ability!

The role will include:

• Providing technical support over the phone and by email.
• Assisting customers with queries.
• Examining returned goods and assessing them.
• Issuing estimations and quotations for repairs.
• Liaising with other departments.

This role would suit someone with experience of working within a technical or telecoms retail setting, or has experience of 1st line technical support, who is looking for a little more variety on a day to day basis!
