We are looking to recruit an IT support engineer, for our family run company based in Ryarsh, West Malling. The successful candidate must have a proactive approach to work and be able to assist other team members with workload requirements when necessary.

The role would involve supporting customers with their IT Systems, including diagnosis of hardware and software issues as well as installing new software and hardware.

You will primarily use the products and services within our established portfolio to recognise new business opportunities and then escalate them into new sales.

Candidates should have good problem solving skills, be self-motivated and possess a good telephone manner and be able to manage good customer relationships.

We expect candidates to have excellent attention to detail and ability to keep system records up to date.

A successful candidate should have a keen interest in IT & Services and have a desire to continue to learn and develop. Qualifications would be useful but not required however there would also be an expectation to study towards industry standard qualifications.

What you will need:

Great customer service skills

Positive and passionate about technology

Good problem solving skills

Ability to use own initiative and be proactive to get things resolved

40 hours per week 8am – 5pm

The ideal candidate would need to be flexible and available to occasionally work additional hours where required to fulfil the demands of their role.

Must have a full clean driving license with the ability to commute to the office on a daily basis.
