I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Kings Hill

This is a great company to work for with a friendly Team and free parking on site

The Role

To deliver a Payroll Service to Managers and Staff across all the Companies Divisions, which is accurate, timely and business, focused.

Key Duties

* Update, Calculate and process employee records, in respect of new starters, leavers, tax, National Insurance, Pensions, Sick pay and holiday hours.
* Reconcile the weekly payrolls
* Prepare and calculate CHAPS and BACS payments
* Liaise with external agencies, including HMRC, DWP and pension providers where necessary
* Ensure Sage Payroll is up to date, accurate and that all data is maintained securely
* Support the delivery of Projects in conjunction with the Payroll Manager as directed
* Respond to manager and employee payroll related queries, in writing and verbally
* Support the Payroll team with administrative duties as required to meet business demands, including covering a weekly temporary payroll up to 600 staff

Skills Required

Previous experience of working within a similar environment

Knowledge of Administrative/Payroll procedures

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills, time management and prioritisation skills



Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week hours this will be a minimum 3 month contract
