Paperstone is based in recently modernised offices in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced office-based Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join our thriving team. You’ll manage your own database of existing business customers. Your primary focus will be to build long-term relationships, maximise the customers lifetime value and grow revenue and long-term profitability. You'll analyse your customer base, identify buying habits and trends and secure additional revenue. You need to understand your customer's needs and problem solve on a daily basis.
You'll be a natural on the phone and spend a large part of your day making outbound calls to your existing customers (There is no cold calling involved in this role).
You must have experience as an office-based Account Manager or Relationship Manager in a B2B sales capacity. You’ll be provided with a full induction and ongoing training to support your existing skills and experience.
About you
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an office-based Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager within a B2B sales environment
Motivated by working to targets and achieving KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Love being on the phone and delighting customers
You must be organised and have a structured approach to selling
Keeps focused in a busy office
Love people, being part of a team and helping others
Energetic, positive, optimistic with a glass-half-full approach to life
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
What's in it for you?

Hours: 9 am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (38.75 hours per week)
Job type: Full-time
Salary: £23—25k basic plus commission, OTE £31-33k (Uncapped)
Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
