HR & Safety Executive

We are Parentkind, a leading charity that supports and champions all the ways parents can participate in education. We are the leading membership organisation for Parent Teacher Associations in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also provide training and support to teachers, governors and parents to build successful home-school relationships. We are looking for a HR & Safety Executive to join our Head Office Team in Tonbridge, Kent.

Who you are: We are looking for someone with experience in either HR or Health and Safety administration. You will have an excellent attention to detail, be a confident self-starter that ensures we meet our health and safety requirements and deliver an excellent HR service to our team.

The role: The HR and Safety Executive will be our lead in ensuring compliance with our legal obligations regarding both human resources and health and safety. The role will also support us to be an effective team through coordinating our training programs and supporting our line managers.

The successful candidate will possess an ability to communicate well with a diverse range of audiences, have excellent verbal and written skills and impeccable administrative skills.

Job Type: 3 days per week/21 hours (permanent, part time), although flexibility will be considered for the right candidate

Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata (based on a 35 hour working week)
