Premier Work Support is seeking a part-time Recruitment Resourcer to join our Chatham office for an on-going temporary assignment.
We are looking for an individual who has worked within a recruitment environment and has experience resourcing candidates for various job roles.
The main role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to proactively source, match and telephone screen/interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions. You will also be assisting with creating job adverts for the window and placing adverts on job boards, along with helping with the team with any administration duties as and when.
You will need to be a strong communicator with a confident professional telephone manner and be capable of building and maintaining relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a fast paced environment so you must be able to cope under pressure, deal with potential setbacks and work to tight deadlines.
The role will initially be an on-going part-time temporary position, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, we can be flexible with hours, this will be discussed at interview stage.
