Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

The company forms part of a wider motor insurance group, they are an award winning, high tech business who offer a range of advance high quality and reliable vehicle camera technology supported by a bespoke platform. They continually develop world-leading algorithms, behaviour/video analytics and Artificial Intelligence to help protect vehicles, assets, staff and reputation.



Responsibilities

* Effectively managing all purchasing, configuration, distribution, install and support of our products and services. Including supply chain, warehousing and service delivery.
* Managing the teams the following teams that deliver these services:

* Customer Service
* Special Projects
* Customer Service
* Engineering/Install
* Warehouse / Configuration
* Support

* Manage and implement the warehouse configuration, and distribution function to ensure that customers are supplied with the right goods and quantities are delivered and installed at the right time.
* Managing customer relationship alongside the Sales Accounts Teams.
* Managing and maintain stock levels to ensure that orders can be fulfilled, within the business financial plan.
* Manage 'Third Party' Installation Team to ensure consistent service delivery to our clients during installation of the product.
* Agree and manage delivery SLA's for both internal and external teams
* Develop the necessary policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment is maintained at all company and client sites.
* Continual improvement of systems in order to improve customer service.

Ideal Candidate

* 5 years+ experience of a service delivery role within a fast-paced logistics/technology environment
* Experienced in an SaaS environment
* 5 years + leadership and management experience with demonstrable People, Budgetary and Service delivery responsibility.
* Experienced and skilled in managing technical staff in a fast paced multi-client environment.
* A thorough understanding of JIT (Just in Time) supply chain delivery systems and experience of the challenges involved.
* Proven track record in leading service delivery teams that include third party partners and directly reporting teams. Within this environment, the successful candidate will have been responsible for the design and agreement of overarching SLA's and monitoring their achievement.
* The ability to prioritise the tasks and activities that will contribute most to KPI achievement
