The role will involve handling customer queries; communicating over the phone, online and in writing. Liaising with internal departments, recording customer information on the system and following up on enquiries are key duties.
You must have excellent communication skills over the phone and in writing, have good attention to detail as well as strong IT skills.
Putting the customer first is key, therefore you must demonstrate previous experience of providing exceptional customer service.
As well as a good basic salary of £18,200 rising to £20,000 this role comes with a benefits package that sits above others in the local area.
This role is also working a lovely 8 hour day Monday to Friday with only 1 weekend in 4.
