JOB TITLE: HR Officer
LOCATION: Ashford
SALARY: £25K-£27K
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch, the HR Manager (who we know really well having recruited them 6 years ago) is flexible if you'd prefer 9am-5:30pm or half an hour for lunch
BENEFITS: 22 days annual leave + bank holidays, free parking, contributory pension
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Recruitment and selection
* Absence Management
* Health Management
* Disciplinaries
* Employee records
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
* CIPD Level 3 or 5
* Experience of working within a similar HR role
* Up to date knowledge of Employee legislation
* MS Office skills
