Our client based in central Maidstone are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their Collections and Recoveries team for a 12 Month FTC.

You will provide financial administrative support this will include remittance, invoice processing, reconciliation and allocation of unmatched transactions.

Ideal candidates will be available immediately and happy to join the business for a period of 12 months, you will be prepared to work in a fast-paced and it is a great opportunity to work within a hard working but friendly team.

The Role:

* Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports;
* Issuing various court processes, including legal proceeding, land registry searches, performing credit searches and providing telephone cover to clients and customers as and when required;
* Perform internal reconciliations, produce invoices, manage diary lists and ensure a clear and transparent audit trail exists between monies collected and payments remitted by clients;
* Liaison with accounts department, resolving queries, processing clients instructions using the internal debt management system;
* Proficient IT skills using Word, Excel and Outlook;
* Provide administrative support.
