An exciting opportunity has arisen at CCL Label (Ashford) Limited, the global leader of print and packaging media, for the position of Technical Support within their expanding and innovative Technical team. This will be a full time role.
The primary role consists of raising quotations, technical drawings, mock ups and specifications to meet a variety of customer briefs, liaising with and supporting internal and external Sales teams and production departments.
The following experience and skills will be considered:
- Any manufacturing industry understanding
- Pricing and customer specification experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to work within a team environment and individual situations
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A specialised drawing package and specification system is in use, and full training will be given.
The right candidate will be required to plan and manage their own workload, and must be meticulous in their approach to quality and accuracy.
Good communication skills (written and verbal), and a flexible, proactive and innovative fresh thinking attitude are essential.
