Our client, a pharmaceuticals business is looking for an experience Project Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis.



Duties include:

* To help with the full set up and management of project plans, taking full ownership from the proposal to the contract; providing quotations and taking full responsibility of the invoicing of the project
* To be the first point of contact with all clients, attending regular business meetings and dealing with phone calls and email queries regarding the project(s)
* Continuously looking out for technical leads
* Prepare and manage all plans to meet milestones and deadlines for all live and active projects
* Lead & facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams to facilitate project completion, ensuring that the project is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget
* Tracking revenue from client projects ; managing the invoicing and the weekly revenue
* Promoting continuous improvement activities in all aspects of the role
* Offering support to the Business Development team as well as additional assignments outside of the Project Manager role to achieve all business objectives
* Providing updates to the relevant other departments ensuring deadlines are met

The perfect candidate will have/be:

* A senior professional with extensive experience in a similar role
* Fantastic communication skills
* A passion for delivering the highest level of service in a client facing role
* A knowledge of Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare industry would be desirable
* Methodical, organised with a strong commercial acumen
* Proficient with MS Office applications
* Self motivated and driven
* A good project manger, with demonstrable relevant experience
