My Mid Kent based client is looking to recruit an experience and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting, fast paced role with plenty of incentives. This role involves managing a plethora of warm leads and enquiries with little to no cold calling!

Duties include:

* Following up all incoming enquiries and previous quotations
* Explaining and exploring the benefits of the unique product to all clients
* Securing orders for the full range of products
* Ensure clients needs are met at all times
* Providing detailed technical advice and share knowledge of the product range to ensure the best customer service is delivered at all times
* Undertake "cold call" telemarking campaigns
* Increasing sales of all brands and products by cross selling from opportunities with various client whilst ensuring their budget and needs are not compromised
* Building strong relationships with professional trades individuals who approach for quality products
* Updating internal databases with all customer activity
* Driving sales opportunities to achieve set targets (allowing commission to be earnt)
* Create and identify new business opportunities
* Maintain, manage and develop the accounts that have been allocated to you

The right candidate will have/be:

* Relevant office based sales experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal are necessary
* A desire for continuous personal development
* Effective planning/ organisational skills
* Strong numeracy skills and strong business acumen
* Flexible with working hours, especially during peak periods
* Strong at multitasking in a fast paced, high pressured environment
