Location: Tonbridge
per annum Status: Full time - Fixed Term Contract
37 hours per week
- Duties will involve the support and maintenance of PCs, MACs, smart phones and tablets including their associated peripherals.
- Managing workloads through the department`s helpdesk software whilst ensuring the department`s documentation is kept up to date will also be part of the day to day duties.
- The successful candidate should have significant experience of working in an IT team supporting in a Microsoft network environment.
- A strong knowledge of basic networking, computer peripherals and Microsoft products is essential.
- In addition to the minimum requirements detailed above, candidates will also hold excellent skills in problem solving, online research, simplifying complex answers and dealing with people in a high pressured environment, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You will be required to drive to our other campuses and therefore will be required to hold a valid full UK driving licence.
As well as a contributory pension scheme, staff discount schemes and free car parking, this post also attracts 30 days holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).
