Are you an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager/Lettings Manager, passionate about the property sector, looking for their next career opportunity?



Do you have a strong understanding of the property market?



Are you looking to work for an established and high-end property company based in Woolwich Arsenal, South East London?



If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our award-winning clients as an Assistant Lettings Manager/Lettings Manager for their fast-paced team in Woolwich Arsenal, London.



They are offering an excellent salary £22-28 K basic and commission. On target earnings will equate to £32-45,000. You will be working 5 days a week including 3 out of 4 Saturdays. Evenings will depend on the viewings in the diary.



The ideal candidate will either already by an Assistant Lettings Manager /Lettings Manager or will be an experienced negotiator with a few years' experience looking to take the next step in their career.



The role will encompass all aspects of management and day to day residential lettings including;

* Taking on new properties
* Advising landlords of their legal responsibilities re lettings
* Advising landlords on preparing the flat
* Help to create new business plan for lettings
* Canvassing
* Managing the lettings team
* Training staff
* Implementing lettings compliance
* Help with recruitment
* Conducting viewings
* Advising landlords on refurbishment requirements
* Negotiating deals
* Renewal negotiations
* Dealing with difficult landlords or tenants
* Resolving problems



In house and off-site training offered.
