Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £25,000- £30,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic IT Professional to join a dynamic Tech company based in Ashford, Kent. A strong knowledge of networking is required for this particular role alongside the ability to communicate with a diverse client base. On offer is excellent career progression and a competitive salary.
About the role:
You will be resolving technical issues through phone and email and sometimes remotely. There will be a requirement to provide advice on networking problems therefore any experience in this area is highly beneficial.
Required Skills:
* Working knowledge of Firewalls, DNS and TCP/IP networking
* Knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012 to 2016. Any experience with Linux is advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast paced Environment
* Previous technical support background
* Ideally a degree in a computing related field (although this is not essential)
