Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to lead Demelzas individual giving and integrated appeal programme to maximise and grow sustainable income from supporters. You will lead on audience development, through the use of data planning and analytics, and formulate communications and marketing plans for the retention and development of our supporters.

You will have a proven track record of developing successful integrated fundraising appeals within the charity sector as well as previous experience of working in or managing an individual giving or appeals fundraising environment.

You will have a target driven approach to your work with the ability to maintain strict deadlines with flexibility to manage multiple demands on your time, and demonstrable experience of project managing multi-dimensional cross-team projects.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with and build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, An understanding of confidentiality and data protection is essential to the role.

Please note this is a temporary contract for a period of up to 12 months.
