CustodianDC is an award-winning innovative Data Centre, Network & Cloud services provider based in Maidstone, Kent. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work within our Marketing Department.

Main roles and responsibilities:
• Developing and creating all marketing initiatives for the company
• Creating briefs and content for YouTube and managing the channel
• Directing the talent (technical team) and videographer on all YouTube content
• Managing and developing the company’s main website and other web projects
• Producing all offline marketing collateral
• Creating and overseeing all digital campaigns including SEO, PPC and social media
• Developing, organising and running the bi-annual Talking Tech events (and other events)
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
• Reporting on projects, campaigns and ROI to the CEO
• Working closely with Business Development on outbound campaigning
• Driving third party partnerships and collaborations for marketing benefit
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Controlling all communications and PR for the company
• Developing marketing for new products, working alongside the operational and technical teams and other senior personnel
• Assisting the management of data inside and outside of the CRM
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Managing in-house Web Developer, Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Analyst
The successful applicant will:
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have proven success delivering effective marketing campaigns
• Have proven management experience
• Have excellent analytical skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence
