A fantastic opportunity to progress has arisen working in well established law practice, they are now seeking a will writer to join their team.
The role will entail meeting with clients in order to ascertain their needs, drafting up wills and making any amendments if required.
Experience required:
Some experience working as a legal assistant/secretary, have a LPC or a degree in law
Some will drafting experience is required
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face, as there will be extensive client interaction.
Salary: £20,000-£23,000 depending on experience
Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
You must have a full UK drivers licence,and be prepared to travel to clients homes and to their different offices.
You must be prepared to travel in between all four of the companies offices in Bexleyheath, Orpington and Dartford, a company car is provided!
25 days holiday per year!
Must live local to one of the areas mentioned!
