Hrgo are recruiting a full time, Team Manager for the Deal area. The post holder will manage a team of support staff and services, working closely in collaboration with other partner providers and will be responsible for performance management. You must have a full driving license and own transport.

Experience Essential of managing and supervising a team of staff
*

Experience of working against contractual targets and performance measures
*

Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
*

Experience of working to and implementing policies and procedures
*

Good knowledge of people management practices, ability to lead and motivate a staff team
*

Knowledge of current legislation and developments relating to Safeguarding and the Care Act
*

Understanding of key issues and developments across Health & Social Care
*

Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes and database or information systems
*

Integrity (high standards of integrity, honesty and fairness to help to deliver an excellent service to Carers)
*

Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, open and non-judgemental, ability to develop rapport with Carers, co-workers and professionals
*

Service focused (to respond to the needs, in a timely and appropriate manner to maintain the required level of service)
*

Adaptable and proactive approach to work with a 'can do' attitude, in line with the charity's values
*

Committed and enthusiastic
*

Organised, flexible and approachable
