Hrgo are recruiting a full time, Team Manager for the Deal area. The post holder will manage a team of support staff and services, working closely in collaboration with other partner providers and will be responsible for performance management. Experience of working to and implementing policies and procedures

Good knowledge of people management practices, ability to lead and motivate a staff team
*
Knowledge of current legislation and developments relating to Safeguarding and the Care Act
*
Understanding of key issues and developments across Health & Social Care
*
Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes and database or information systems
*
Integrity (high standards of integrity, honesty and fairness to help to deliver an excellent service to Carers)
*
Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, open and non-judgemental, ability to develop rapport with Carers, co-workers and professionals
*
Service focused (to respond to the needs, in a timely and appropriate manner to maintain the required level of service)
*
Adaptable and proactive approach to work with a 'can do' attitude, in line with the charity's values
*
Committed and enthusiastic

Organised, flexible and approachable
