Are you looking for a new role to start immediately?



We are looking for a Customer Co-Ordinator to join a fun and friendly team based in West Malling.

If you have previous experience as a Co-Ordinator this would be an advantage but is not essential.



The position will be telephone based and will involve talking to candidates to obtain reasons for their referral and to process them on to the internal system and refer them to the correct person for on-going advice and support.



Previous experience working in a telephone based role is essential and you must be a confident communicator and confident in processing notes onto the computer system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working shift work or within an insurance based call centre.



Working hours will be on a shift pattern - 7.30 am - 4.30pm or 9.30am - 6.30pm
