Receptionist - START ASAP
Temporary - 1 Week Cover

My client is looking to hire a professional and personable Receptionist to cover one weeks cover in Dartford
Duties include:
* Answering and distributing incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting individuals in reception
* Processing incoming and outgoing post
* Assisting majority of business administration
* Creating hand over and tender folders
* Maintaining facilities
* Assisting the estimating department by chasing tender prices and sending out tender enquiries
* Stock management of printing consumables
* Various other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/be:
* Professional telephone manner
* Previous experience within an administrative or reception based role
* Strong Microsoft office package knowledge, in particular Excel
* Good organisational skills
By taking on this Receptionist role, you will be joining a friendly team. This is a great full time one week assignment for someone wanting to work in Dartford.!
