Leeds Castle, (near Maidstone, Kent) is a popular, prestigious venue for conferences, weddings and functions, as well as welcoming 600,000 day visitors each year. We have residential accommodation, holiday cottages and bed and breakfast rooms for guest and are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive to work with the Hospitality Sales Manager and Brand and Marketing Manager to promote and support the activities of the hospitality and accommodation sales team by developing marketing activities across all media.
The person appointed must have previous experience working either in house or agency side and must have experience in Hospitality, Hotels or Tourism and Leisure related activities.
The person appointed must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role. They should have a good understanding of basic coding in order to maintain, develop and update hospitality pages on the website. They should also have experience in SEO, analytics and Google Ad campaigns. The ability to write well and generate creative copy for the website together with the confidence to pitch ideas to generate sales is an important part of this role.
Previous experience working either in house or agency side together with understanding of digital marketing in Hospitality, Hotels or Tourism and Leisure related activities is vital.
They must be self- motivated and possess excellent planning and organising skills and be a good team player.
