Having received orders, you will be supported by an administrator, with an overall goal of ensuring your engineers report to the right place, at the right time with the correct equipment to get jobs completed!
You will manage a bank of contracted engineers and retain autonomy to control/direct their activities to ensure customer needs are met.
Rural T Wells location - Must drive!- free parking
£22-24,000 starting salary+ on call allowance £5000.
You will liaise with a broad spectrum of customers, ranging from retailers to celebrities.
Your job will be to offer excellent service, positive reassurance and achieve outcomes.
