What does this role entail?
In this role you will be answering the phones and providing excellent customer service to help clients place their orders. As well as helping process orders, you may be providing advice by liaising with the technical advice team on the most appropriate products for the client. You will also be carrying out the general administration associated taking payments and shipping details, so a keen eye for detail is a must!!
The clients you will be dealing with could be individuals looking to purchase products for their own private use, or even health-care professionals looking to purchase larger quantities.

This role begins on a full-time temporary contract with the aim of it becoming a permanent role!!

It will involve some shift work, including weekend work, but you will be on the same hours for a week (for example one week you could be working 8am-5pm, and the next week 12noon – 8pm). You will know your shift patterns in advance, and it gives you some great flexibility!!
