JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant

LOCATION: Ashford

SALARY: £8.46ph

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

STARTING: Monday 2nd March

CONTRACT: 2-3 months, possibly longer

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays



We're working with this fantastic company who require a temporary Administration Assistant due to a high workload and we want you to be their next employee! This is a Temporary role starting on Monday 2nd March so you must be available to start on this date.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Ensuring that incoming documents are signed by customers are submitted promptly, without delay
* Chasing customer details and information
* Handling incoming calls from customers wanting an update on the progress of their matter
* Sorting incoming post based on type and urgency and to develop understanding of requirements for different items and teams across the business
* Ensuring all outgoing post is correctly logged and that this is cleared each day as per the guidelines
* General administration duties

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

* Have strong IT skills and learn new systems quickly
* Have a "heads down" approach to work
* Have recent office administration experience, ideally within the last 6 months
