This is a full-time fixed term 5/6 month contract!

Full clean UK driving license and use of own car is essential to be considered for this role.

£Rate: £22/24k pa pro rata + KPI related bonus + paid expenses

HR GO Recruitment are currently looking for a highly driven and self motivated Business Development Executive with previous experience in business to business sales. The role will have defined weekly sales and performance targets to ensure the growth and retail presence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Educating and raising awareness of the product features and benefits in order to drive sales
* Generating leads, building and maintaining strong partnerships with decision makers to ensure return in further client visits and increase in sales
* Acting as an advocate for the brand through professionalism, pro activity and outstanding customer service
* Taking ownership for the given geographical territory by maximising sales opportunities
* Keeping up to date and data whilst sharing any issues, needs and successes
* Negotiating and objection handling to ensure best results for the brand



What skills and experience you should have?

A successful candidate must be:

* Passionate, driven and self- motivated to meet weekly KPIs
* IT Literate
* A strong sales person & negotiator
* Organised and have excellent time management skills
* A fast learner with the ability to pick up new products and features quickly
* Commercially aware
* Flexible to work to business needs

It is desirable for successful candidate to have previous field marketing experience
