Job Title: Recoveries Accounts Administrator
Salary: £18,250.00
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Department: Audit
The role of the Recoveries Accounts Administrator is to instigate, pursue and handle recovery opportunities and to assist with the review of European invoices for our large corporate company based in Kingshill
Responsibilities:
* To review claim files and assistance cases for recovery opportunities
* To obtain all relevant information and documentation to progress recoveries ensuring accuracy
* To log projected recoveries and ensure data is accurate and up to date
* To submit potential recoveries to dual insurance companies, airlines, Dept. for Work & Pensions, Solicitors and monitor until completion
* To update the claims management system (Magenta) to input, maintain and administer all elements of the recoveries process
* Processing of incoming recovery remittances and update Accounts
* To assist with review of European invoices from medical, ambulance, transport providers to investigate EHIC coverage and secure cost reduction
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills to perform routine duties
* Effective mathematical skills
* Concise written and oral communication skills
* Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Effective organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues
* Dependability, attention to details, and ability to follow and interpret procedures in a fast paced, high volume work environment
* Ability to organise multiple tasks simultaneously
* Use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness
* Adaptable to change and flexibility to deal with any tasks as required
* To be target driven
