MC Personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start, for their well established client based in Horsmonden.
As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. The fast paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency and with so much ground to cover in the line of duty it is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.
Daily Tasks
checking for damaged or missing items,
moving stock around by hand or using forklift truck,
picking and packing orders and
keeping the paperwork up to date.
A fork lift license would be desirable
knowledge of computerised stock management systems.
Requirements
Be a team player
Excellent communication skills
To work and maintain all site standards
To comply with all company procedures and policies
Due to location, it would be beneficial if you had access to your own transport as there are no public transport services
