Rewards Marketing Manager - Medway - £30,000 /£35,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities-

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as the digital, product and events marketing teams.
* Create and implement a digital marketing strategy with the digital team.
* Create consistent on-brand copy across a wide range of media, including digital, online, catalogues, flyers, emails, web banners, social media, marcomms and internal communications.
* Manage a Marketing Exec.
* Ensure key sales strategies are developed around customer behavioural data using intelligent segmentation and targeting to deliver the right messages to the right people at the right time.

The successful candidate will possess-

* 5 years plus marketing experience.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel, particularly formulae, formatting and data manipulation.
* Experience of creating strategies for successful multichannel campaigns including retention programmes (using combinations of email, web, SMS, app, social, automated).
* Website development (Wordpress, CMS or html experience would be helpful but not essential as we work with an agency).
* 2 years copywriting/ marcomms experience in a multi-channel environment.
