We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident Sales Executive and Account Manager to join a rapidly growing and dynamic company based in Maidstone.
The role will include:
Dealing with customers to provide information with the status of their order, help to process new orders or sending of samples
Outbound Sales Calling
Using Initiative to find Leads
Taking Payments
Providing Quotations
Administration and help to the Managing Director
Dealing with Potential Customers in a polite and confident manner
Essential Skills:
• Experience in providing Customer Service and Sales - Mandatory
• Experience of working within an office environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or working with and maintaining a CRM system (not essential as training can be provided)
• Have excellent team/interpersonal skills.
• To possess the ability to negotiate effectively.
• To have the ability to multitask.
• A Full and current Driving License is required.
• Attention to detail is important for this role.
The Package
• Salary £20,000-£25,000k PA + £OTE
• Various Company bonuses when hitting targets
• Onsite parking
• High Growth and Quick Progressions Programmes
• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
• Potential for extra 4 days holiday each year
• Working Hours 08:30-17:30
