My client, a long established local main dealer is looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team. Great dealer group, who provides an excellent working environment, career progression and competitive package! A good basic salary and commission plus a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

To sell and promote the sale of new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership standards
To achieve used vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets
Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactive promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
Be a confident negotiator and closer
Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
Be forward thinking and very aspirational

Key Requirements:

You must have a minimum of 2 years car sales experience, ideally at main dealer level
Experience working within a defined sales process within a main dealership (desirable)
A full clean UK driving licence
