JOB TITLE: Finance Manager

SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000

LOCATION: Rochester

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We're teaming up with a Finance Director to recruit for a Finance Manager to advise managers about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit.

The day to day duties in your new job would be (but would not be limited to):

* Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements
* Monitoring budgets and spending
* Making business decisions
* Analysing the company's financial performance
* Advising on ways to reduce costs and increase profits
* Planning and forecasting future spending and profits
* Financial administration and internal audits
* Overseeing the payroll for the company, credit control, and bookkeeping systems
* Liaising with management and other colleagues
* Supervising the finance team
* Developing and managing financial systems and policies
* Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects
* Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
* Creating business strategies to generate shareholder value

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Experience within a similar role
* Either studying towards or qualified ACCA or CIMA
* Who has supervised a small team
* Commercial experience
