We are Parentkind, a leading charity that supports and champions all the ways parents can participate in education. We are the leading membership organisation for Parent Teacher Associations in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also provide training and support to teachers, governors and parents to build successful home-school relationships. We are looking for a Membership Adviser to join our Head Office in Tonbridge, Kent.

The role: The Membership Adviser provides support for our member associations via telephone, email and social media, across a wide range of subjects from governance, events, legal requirements and general administration of their PTAs, together with member benefits information and support. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of members ensuring members received excellent service, relevant information and a great member experience. The team also work to ensure all benefits, member offers and information we give is up to date and relevant and also get involved in project teams across the business, to represent the member view point.

Who you are: You will possess strong administration skills, the ability to communicate confidently across all mediums, with a background in customer services. We will make sure you receive all the training you will need to confidently deal with member enquiries.

Job type: Full-time (35 hours per week) term time only, permanent

Salary: £22,000 full time salary, pro rata for term time only, plus attractive benefits package
